TVD ART Gallery was founded in November 2002 by art dealer Valerij Tarasenko, originally from Riga, Latvia, in the Berlin district of Charlottenburg. Since 2020, the gallery has been located at its new premises on Wielandstraße 12, 10629 Berlin, near Kurfürstendamm.
