Hilary Pecis is an American artist known for her acrylic paint on canvas works that depict everyday life. Born in 1979 in Fullerton, California, she studied at the California College of the Arts, California. Pecis has been influenced by artists such as David Hockney, Henri Matisse, Pierre Bonnard, and André Derain. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California. Pecis has received the Murphy and Cadogan Fellowship. Her works are exhibited in the Crisp-Ellert Art Museum, the Columbus Museum of Art, and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA).
