Jake Longstreth
(American, born 1977)
Jake Longstreth, also known as John Pullman 'Jake' Longstreth Jr., is an American artist born in 1977. His work often explores architecture and landscapes. Influenced by Robert Bechtle and David Hockney, Longstreth has developed a unique style. He studied at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and the California College of the Arts in San Francisco, California. He has been recognized with the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant. His works are included in the collections of the Crocker Art Museum, the Whitney Museum of American Art Library, and JP Morgan Chase.
