Adolf Dietrich

(Swiss, 1877 – 1957)
Adolf Dietrich was a Swiss artist known for his rural landscapes, animals, people, and still lifes. He was associated with the Neue Sachlichkeit movement. Born in 1877 in Thurgau, Switzerland, he spent much of his life in Berlingen, Switzerland. Dietrich passed away in 1957. His works are part of the collections at the Kunstmuseum Winterthur, the Museum zu Allerheiligen in Schaffhausen, the Kunsthaus Zürich, and the Zander Collection in Cologne.
