"Jade Girl" (2009) is a stunning super-cropped, dream-like portrait of a beautiful young woman painted in vivid, neo-pop colors by one of South-East Asia's most important emerging Contemporary artists, Thai painter Vichit Nongnual. Known for his gestural and fluid manner of portrait painting, applying translucent layers of paint that enhace the feeling that we arte looking at an image recalled from a memory or dream. This painting measures 68.9 x 68.9 inches (175 x 175 cm) and is unframed in excellent condition.

Vichit Nongnual is a multi-media artist from Thailand who received his formal training in the arts at Silpakorn University and has exhibited throughout South-East Asia, Asia, Europe, and the US. Select solo exhibitions include "she" in 2008 at the "Grand 7 Bkk" that travelled to Sam Nok, Thailand as well as Germany. In 2006 his work was in the solo show "the Passing year" at the Hof-Art Gallery in Bkk, Thailand. The artist currently lives and works in Bangkok, Thailand.
