"Jellyfish Eyes" (2002) is an exciting offset lithograph in colors in the round measuring 22.05 inches in diameter, by Japanese artist Takashi Murakami. This work is in perfect condition, from an edition of 250 and measures 27.50 inches x 27.50 inches (60 x 60 cm) diameter, framed in the original white wooden artist frame to slightly larger dimensions. In mint condition.

Takashi Murakami (Japan, b 1962), originally coined the term “Superflat”, a post-modern style describing both the aesthetic and conceptual characteristics of the Japanese art today, denying any deep spacial depth. Considered the Warhol of Japan, Murakami is classically trained in historic ‘Nihon-ga’ style at the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music (BFA, MFA, and Ph.D).
