Salvador Dalí (1904-1989) is undoubtedly one of the most influential and well known artists of the twentieth century. Though best known for his paintings, Dalí created at least 1,700 prints over the course of his career. Dalí's preferred printmaking techniques were lithography and engraving, but he also made prints by blasting them with electric charges or bombarding them with eggs filled with ink.
