This complete portfolio includes six photolithographs of flower still lifes shot by Robert Mapplethorpe in the early 1980s, plus the colophon. This stunning set of images rarely comes to auction. The prints included are:

2) "Cyprieedium"
3) "Phalaenopsis Amabyllis"
4) "Zygopetalum"
5) "White Rose"
6) "Cattleya"

The colophon states, "A limited edition of 2500 4-color photolithographs printed by Rapoport Printing Corp. on 80 lb Lustro dull coated cover stock. Published by U.K. Press in collaboration with the International Center of Photography, NYC, 1983. 687/2500".

Gorgeous set, very vibrant in color, never framed, comes in original folder. Please see condition note below. It is recommended that buyer drymounts the set on archival mat board and frame in UV plexi to the maintain the vibrancy and saturation of the original color.
