This dish features the outline of a woman's face, painted in vibrant tones against a black glazed background. Her hair is rendered in curving, bouncing blue lines, while her facial features are painted in turquoise and white. Created in 1953, this rectangular dish is made of white earthenware clay, featuring decoration in engobes, which consists of a fine clay mixed with coloring oxides, and knife engraving under the glaze. A Certificate of Authenticity will accompany this work.
