Pop image of Marilyn Monroe from the late "Mimmo" Rotella who was an Italian artist and poet best known for his works of décollage made from torn advertisments and posters. He was also a member of the "Nouveau Realisme" group, founded by Pierre Restany in 1960. Members included Arman and Yves Klein. Rotella was an important link from European to American pop art.
