Dramatically composed with a choreographed dance amongst elements of pending disaster, "I thought you were my friend bitch no 3" is a large scale acrylic on canvas stylistic of rising Korean artist Lee Hyunjin (b.1979). Multiple narratives extend throughout the colorful work, underscoring Lee's statement:"I don't do this for the world. Just enjoy my little stories in every work." This work measures 38.2 x 63.85 inches (97 x 162.2 cm), and is unframed in excellent condition.

Growing emerging artist Lee Hyunjin was born in Korea in 1979 and received a BFA from Hong-ik University and MFA Candidate University of California. The young artist has already had three solo exhibitions in Korea, and has also participated in numerous group exhibitions and projects in China, Japan and Taiwan at galleries and institutions like the Chung-Mu Art Center in Seoul, the Pochen Asia Biennale in Korea, Gana Art Center in Soul among many others. The artist currently lives and works in Seoul, Korea.
