Kader Attia's Holy Land project (2006-2007), installed at the 1st Architecture, Art & Landscape Biennial of the Canaries, was documented in a suite of photographs, of which this is one group.

Kader Attia (b. 1970, France) recently held a solo exhibition at the BALTIC Center for Contemporary Art (Newcastle, UK) and the Haïfa Museum of Art (Haïfa, Israel) and has installed work at the Frieze Sculpture Park in London. Attia is represented by Christian Nagel (Cologne/Berlin) and Andréhn-Schiptjenko (Stockholm). His first major solo exhibition in the U.S. was held at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston in 2008. Attia has also been nominated for the Marcel Duchamp Prize (FIAC, Paris, France).
