Born in New York in 1978, Isca Greenfield-Sanders is at the forefront of the newest generation of Contemporary American artists. Though she is a photographer by trade, her works, which push the boundaries of genres and media, provoke viewers to contemplate and question the role of photography in Contemporary art in the Postmodern age.

Greenfield-Sanders holds both a B.A. in Math and a B.A. in Visual Arts from Brown University, which she received in 2000. She has exhibited her work in solo and group shows worldwide. Currently, the artist's work is the subject of a solo exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver, and a major exhibition of her work is scheduled to take place at Haunch of Venison in London in 2013. Greenfield-Sanders' work has also been featured in many major publications including Art News, The New York Times, New York Magazine, The New Yorker, NYLON, Elle, Vanity Fair, and Art Forum. The artist currently lives and works in New York City.
