Lot Details

This exemplary drawing, ‘#191 Working Drawing,’ by Ingrid Calame demonstrates the artist’s unique interpretation of abstraction. Her multi-layered process of tracing marks, stains, and cracks on Mylar produces colorful and complex portraits of her environment. Each trace has a different story and meaning, and when brought together they act as an abstract representation of the whole.
