Created with public collaboration at the Damien Hirst Spin Workshop to celebrate the opening of the 2009 major retrospective, 'Requiem', at the Pinchuk Art Center, Ukraine.
Surveying nearly 20 years of Hirst's career, the exhibition showcased over 100 works dating from 1990 to 2008, highlighting the constant innovation and bold new approaches that has defined Hirst's work. Running in conjunction with the exhibition's opening, the Damien Hirst Spin Workshop created collaborative paintings, such a this unique shark spin painting on paper, which engaged audience perception, inspiration, and involvement, and ultimately underscores Hirst's artistic philosophies.

In excellent condition, with small pin holes made during the painting process, unframed.
