This quick guide ensures that your browser has the correct security settings while browsing artnet's secure pages.

Please click on Tools on the menu bar and then on Internet Options. |

Once the Internet Options window opens, please click on the Privacy tab. |

Under the Privacy tab, please click on the Advanced button. This will open a small window called Advanced Privacy Settings. |

In the Advanced Privacy Settings window, please click the checkbox that says Override automatic cookie handling and make sure it is checked. |

Once you have checked the checkbox, please make sure the option for First-party Cookies is set to Accept and the option for Third-party Cookies is also set to Accept. Then make sure the checkbox for Always allow session cookies is also checked and then please click OK. |

After clicking OK, please go to the Security tab of the Internet Options window and click Trusted Sites and then click the button Sites. |

This will open the Trusted Sites window, please type in https://www.artnet.com in the Add this Web site to the zone: box and then click Add. Once this address appears in the Web sites: box, please click OK. |

Once you have closed the Trusted Sites box, please click OK at the bottom of the Internet Options window. |

Please try logging in again.
