That the Taj Mahal is the most visited attraction in India may not be a surprise, but the second-most visited may be -- Nek Chand’s Rock Garden in Chandrigar in the foothills of the Himalayas. Chand began building what is now a 25-acre, 2,000-figure site in 1958.
