This spectacularly kitschy scene depicts Iraqi prisoners being executed by Iranians. They're being tied to pick-up trucks and drawn and quartered. This was based on actual footage of the atrocity, which later turned out to be Iraqi criminals dressed up as soldiers who were executed by the Iraqi military as anti-Iranian propaganda ordered by Saddam.
