(4) Pieter de Jode (ii)
(b Antwerp, 22 Nov 1604; d ?England, ?1674). Engraver and publisher, son of (3) Pieter de Jode (i). He was a pupil of his father and in 16289 was admitted into the Antwerp Guild of St Luke. He was in Paris in 1631 and 1632, together with his father. In 16345 Mattheus Borrekens (c. 16151670) became his pupil. He was active in Brussels in 1667 and probably regularly visited his son Arnold in England.
