Jegher [Jeghers].
Flemish family of designers and woodcutters. (1) Christoffel Jegher is noted as one of the most successful interpreters of Rubenss paintings and for reviving the difficult skill of the multi-block chiaroscuro woodcut. His son (2) Jan Christoffel Jegher, a much lesser talent, worked in a similar style to his fathers. The following members have entries:
