Bratke.
Brazilian family of architects. Oswaldo Arthur [Carlos] Bratke (b Botucatú, São Paulo, 24 Aug 1907; d São Paulo, 6 July 1997) graduated as an engineerarchitect from the Mackenzie School of Engineering, São Paulo, in 1931, when he also won first prize in an open competition for an urban viaduct in São Paulo, with an Art Deco design. About 1934 he set up a design and construction firm with Carlos Botti (190642), building mainly private houses in original versions of styles such as neo-colonial, California mission and Spanish Renaissance.
