Blomfield, Sir Reginald (Theodore)
(b Bow, Devon, 20 Dec 1856; d Hampstead, London, 27 Dec 1942). English architect and writer. He was educated at Haileybury College, Herts, and then read Classics at Oxford University. In 1881 he entered into articled pupillage with his uncle, Arthur W. Blomfield (182999), a Gothic Revival architect, and attended classes at the Royal Academy schools under R. Phené Spiers (18381916).
