In accordance with the stock option plan, each exercise period lasts approximately four weeks, and generally begins on the third (3rd) bank business day after the publication of the quarterly business reports of the Company. The exact dates of each exercise period shall be announced once per calendar year, unless modifications to such dates require additional notification. Artnet plans to announce the First, Second and Third Quarter financial results as follows:
- April 24th, 2009
- July 31th, 2009
- October 30th, 2009
Therefore, the period for exercising stock options will be as follows:
- April 29th – May 27th, 2009
- August 5th – September 2nd, 2009
- November 4th – December 2nd, 2009
