Ricardo B. Sanchez: New to the Gallery, Ricardo Born in Caracas, Venezuela educated at Deerfield Academy, Tufts University, and the Museum School of Fine Arts in Boston. For the past decades he has photographed bullfighters at top arenas in Spain, where he currently resides with his family.
His work is in the collection of New York Citys International Center of Photography, among other museums in the United States ans abroad. He has exhibited his work widely in America and Europe. Reviewed recently by the Wall Street Journal.
Stephen Wilkes: New to the Gallery, Stephen Wilkes, for more than two decades, has been widely recognized for his fine art and commercial photography. With numerous awards and honors, as well as five major exhibitions in the last five years Wilkes has left an impression on the world of photography. We are presenting Stephen Wilkes' "New York: Day to Night" series. He was recently featured in Fortune Magazine, The Village Voice and many other publications. Wilkes shoots images from a cherry picker 100 feet above the subject. He starts months before getting permits to suspend overhead
12 hours taking as many as 1200 to 1500 images that are then sorted and selected for over a 2 month period to find the best view of the "Day To Night" at the given location. The Bethesda Fountain photo shoot was filmed in total by CBS Sunday Morning and will appear in the future.
Blair Seagram : Her very popular images from the "Surf Report" Series are a constant delight to both surfers and admirers of the ever popular sport. She captures every exciting motion and she deconstructs and reconstructs exciting images that surfer dream of and live for. Blair's large panoramic views are mesmerizing.
Bob Tabor: Images from his "Horse Whisperings" series have been published in beautiful book by ACC Editions. In addition to his very large format exciting horse images Bob is an avid seascape photographer. He searches out exciting ocean views that have great motion and luminosity. Venturing out in all kinds of weather he capture moments that most of us miss.
The Tulla Booth Gallery, located in the heart of the hamlet in Sag Harbor, NY, was founded in 2003, we feature both vintage and 20th century contemporary photography. We offer authentic images by some of the finest photographers both established, world renowned and emerging photographers. We show celebrity and documentary by Magnum photographers such as Steve McCurry, Bruno Barbey, fashion photographer Gösta Peterson, as well as local landscapes, seascapes and still-life by wellknown local artists Blair Seagram, Bob Tabor, Daniel Jones, Stephen Wilkes and many others. It is our goal to present beautiful and authentic images that transcend the subject matter, images are timeless and collectable.
We offer our Onsite Service where we present art of the client's choice at the their home for viewing. It is a great experience for the client and us as they build a collection with art they love.
