Thórarinsdóttir's BORDERS is the largest exhibition at Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza, New York City, incorporating the entire park with 26 life-size sculptures. The park, which leads down to the UN Headquarters, is a hub of international activity and draws people of all backgrounds. It serves thousands of citizens of the world and hosts over two hundred political events every year.
