Organised "Grass Grass Society"

Discovered the “cracks” in adversity and henceforth affirmed “fissuring” as his artistic language and philosophic basis
1985
Artist in residence at Tufts University, creating a monumental mural in the new building of its campus center
1988
Lectured at John King Fairbank Center Harvard University, Cambridge, MA
1996
Lectured at the Department of Art University of Arizona, USA
2007
Works of artist included in Shanghai Calligrapher’s and Painter’s Dictionary published by Shanghai People’s Fine Arts Publishing House
