Pangolin London is proud to present Beast, an exhibition exploring contemporary
views of our age-old relationship between man and beast. The exhibition will
include sculpture from established and emerging artists, through a wide range
of representation. Whilst some artists use more traditional means, there will be
connections to the primitive, references to controversial topics, elements of humour,
and some inspired by the imagination.
Highlights include David Bailey’s haunting images of skulls, Terence Coventry’s
powerful Standing Bull and Abigail Fallis’s humorous yet topical play on extinction in
Dodo: Death of the Author. Other artists exhibiting will include David Mach, Alaistair
Mackie, Steve Dilworth, Joseph Paxton, Jon Buck, Dorothy Cross and Joe Rush, to
name but a few.
