Janey's paintings capture light, movement and the exciting spirit of her horses, many whom she has known and owned personally. "My work captures the equine grace, spirit and human connection. I want my viewer to feel as they do when they ride, or if they simply are taken by the equine image, to feel the nature and majesty and power of the horse." Janey's paintings have a thick, rich texture that is very sculptural.
