Hassan Meer - Work Marry Remember (Zurich)

Hassan Meer's solo exhibition Work Marry Remember is taking place at AB Gallery Zurich from 28th March to 19th May 2012. His work is a combination of different media and topics. In his multimedia installation that consists of portrait photographs and a video piece Hassan Meer discusses the role of migrant workers that come to the Arabian peninsula. In addition to this political approach his work is strongly influenced by his own experience and memory, intertwined with symbols of the collective memory as well as common anxieties and feelings of a young generation.
