Sculpturesite of San Francisco has merged with A New Leaf Gallery in Sonoma to become "a new leaf gallery | sculpturesite".
a new leaf gallery | sculpturesite is located at Cornerstone Sonoma, 23588 Arnold Drive, four miles south of the Sonoma town plaza and just 40 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge, at the gateway to the Sonoma and Napa Wine Country.
We are currently showing work from both galleries' artists. Just in from San Francisco are the dynamic and powerful pieces by the late sculptor Clement Meadmore, striking glass and metal works by JP Long, exquisite glass sculpture by Mary Shaffer, elegant works in laminated wood by Donald Fortescue, fine bronze pieces by New York sculptor Hans Van de Bovenkamp, whimsical athletes by Jorge Blanco, intriguing mixed media work by Zak Timan, colorful mobiles by Brad Howe and much more.
Also on view are the very popular witty furniture made from recycled steel by Gale Hart, ceramic and/or bronze figurative sculpture by Jane Burton, Nina Lyons, John Denning, Dina Angel-Wing and Mark Chatterley, and the ingenious wall hangings that Jane Woolverton creates from discarded six-pack holders.
In addition to the spacious gallery exhibition and sculptural works placed throughout our adjacent patios and gardens, we will soon be developing a Sculpture Walk throughout the grounds of Cornerstone Sonoma's award-winning gardens. Curator-lead tours and special events with our artists will be scheduled on a regular basis.
