Woodward Gallery is Moving
SPRING 2007
133 Eldridge Street (Between Broome and Delancey) New York, NY 10002

Woodward Gallery is excited to announce the relocation from their SoHo home of 13 years. After serving the community and international clientele from their 5th floor gallery on Broome Street, Woodward will make the bold move to the Lower East Side adding to a neighborhood rich with historic art culture.

Venturing further East on Broome to 133 Eldridge Street at the ground floor level, Woodward Gallery plans to increase art awareness in the area surrounding the Bowery. Director John and Kristine Woodward will continue sharing their integrity, education, dedication and experience with the art public.

Woodward Gallery’s new 5000 square foot location will offer two floors of exhibition space within walking distance of the New Museum of Contemporary Art. The first floor will feature Woodward Gallery’s prime exhibition space where scheduled shows will rotate every two months. The bottom floor will be more of an intimate viewing area for special events and private appointments.

Since 1994, Woodward Gallery has specialized in developing private and corporate art portfolios with Contemporary and Modern Masters from Pablo Picasso to Andy Warhol and through the unique painting of their acclaimed Gallery Artists. Woodward Gallery maintains an inventory of art by Robert Indiana, Andy Warhol, Richard Hambleton and Jean Michel Basquiat.

An extensive collection of important limited edition prints are available by New York ‘80’s East Villlage Artists: (Richard Hambleton and Keith Haring); POP Artists: (Robert Indiana, Roy Lichtenstein, Robert Rauschenberg, Andy Warhol); and by their Gallery Artists: (Deborah Claxton, Charles Yoder, Jo Ellen Van Ouwerkerk and Cristina Vergano).

Members of the art press are encouraged to attend the Grand Reopening of Woodward Gallery scheduled for SPRING 2007.
