CLASSICAL GUITAR BY JAMES FENWICK

Exhibit Through October 30, 2010

This exhibit of Satsuko's remaining works is presented as a memorial to her career.

Satsuko's acrylic paintings of Monet-inspired garden scenes (occasionally surrounding bodies of water) have an Oriental flair with touches of traditional flowers. Born in Nagoya, Japan, where she studied traditional flower arranging and the Tea Ceremony as a young girl, Satsuko worked in the family business, hand painting flowers and designs on china. There she met and married George Hamilton, who brought her to America. Earl Hamilton is their oldest son.
