The Richard Levy Gallery is pleased to announce Glow, a group exhibition with work from seven female artists. This innovative show includes artwork by Jennifer Joseph, Jessica Kennedy, Jenna Kuiper, Kerri Rosentein, Lisa Solomon, Alexandra Strobel, and Jennifer Vasher.
The seven artists included in Glow represent a wide range of differing practices and approaches to contemporary art. From traditional methods in sculpture (Vasher, Solomon), painting (Kuiper, Kennedy) and collage (Strobel), to subtractive drawing in gold leaf (Rosenstein) as well as conceptually based work where the artist created a Universal Currency system (Joseph). This broad sampling of work is a refreshing look at current themes within the contemporary spectrum.

This exciting exhibition will be on display during the annual Friends of Art Ornament Auction, November 13 from 6-7:30 pm at Richard Levy Gallery. This auction benefits the UNM Art Museum and will feature ornaments from Glow’s artists along with many others.
