Lot description
Known for his ability to create highly imaginative works from a variety of found materials, “Chicken Bone Throne Chair” is an excellent example of the small thrones and towers Eugene Von Bruenchenein produced during the 1960s. Composed entirely of chicken bones and glue, this tiny throne typifies the wonderfully bizarre and creative work that has earned Von Bruenchenein posthumous acclaim.
