Seller's Description:
Larry Towell (Canada) became a freelance photographer and writer in 1984. His projects have included coverage of the Nicaraguan contra war, the relatives of the "Disappeared" of Guatemala and, in 2005, a major story on the Palestinians. His work has been exhibited across Europe and North America and his stories have appeared in numerous international magazines including The New York Times, LIFE, GEO and Stern. Towell received numerous awards including several Pictures of the Year awards. He has published numerous books including, most recently, No Man's Land (2005). Towell became a member of Magnum in 1993.
