Discovered by Murakami, MR. worked in Murakami's KaKai Kiki organization and developed his otaka style of large eye figures and flat fields of color. He was included in "The Little Boy: the Art of Japan's Exploding Subculture" at the Japan Society in New York last year.
Unique sculpture in FRP resin with acrylic paint, one of 149 unique pieces shown in the artist's solo exhibition entitled, 'Thank You For Your Hard Work,' at Tomio Koyama Gallery Tokyo, in 2004.
