John M Armleder, born in 1948, is a Contemporary Swiss artist. In 1969 Armleder created Fluxus performance group Groupe Ecart with several other artists. In 2004 the Kunsthalle Zurich held a retrospective of Armleder's work.
This piece is nicely framed and has a Daniel Newburg Gallery label and a Pratt exhibition label on verso. The paper was intentionally crumpled and torn by the artist. The frame shows some wear due to storage. Adhesive shows through the paper on the upper left.
