The circular clock face inscribed CLERMONT and PARIS RUE ST. HONORE 296, mounted on a semi-circular base cast with flowers and floral garlands, raised on floral toupie feet (one lacking), surmounted by a putto petting a dove, set on a rocky base applied with flowers.
