DESCRIPTION:

This is a painting of the terrible Minotaur, which chases the unwary through the Layrinth in an attempt to catch and destroy. As it pauses to adjust itself in the shadows, birds emerge to lift its skin, releasing a toxic vapor which kills them in the end. Their death alerts the figure in the distance of the Minotaur's approach, and she manages to escape the oncoming threat.
