From the numbered edition of 250, of a total of 270 copies (20 hors de commerce) on Velin D'Arches. Folio, wrappers, chemise, slip case, 150pp., 19 original lithographs. Printed by Mourlot. Offsetting, as usual, else a Fine copy, with two small breaks at one seam of the slipcase. So many copies have been broken for the individual plates, that complete copies are now scarce. An important statement of his theories in poetical form by the influential artist, architect and city planner, accompanied by his color lithographs.
