He was in Europe on his Cresson Traveling Fellowship which he was awarded by PAFA. It was during this time that Garber heightened his colors after seeing what European painter were doing. Kensington Gore, is a street that runs along side of Hyde Park. The building on the left is, Prince Albert's Hall.
