From the private collection of Jean Nepveu-Degas (nephew of Edgar Degas), who inherited the artwork from his parents, Odette de Gas and her husband Roland Nepvue-Degas of Paris. It comes in a high quality framing that was custom made specifically for this Degas work showing both sides of the paper with both drawings.
