A contemporary British artist, Colin Burns, has painted the English and Scottish landscape professionally for thirty years. He works in both oil and watercolour, documenting the flora, fauna and changing seasons of Great Britain with a deft, light and detailed touch. Whilst walking in the countryside he uses sketches and photography as reference material, later calling upon what he calls his photographic eyes to paint the final work |
