Biography |

Born in I-lan in eastern Taiwan. Studied calligraphy throughout his childhood, winning numerous youth competitions. |

Graduated from National Taiwan University with a degree in political science. He leapt into the world of Taiwan politics for nearly a decade but continued to practice calligraphy, winning national and international competitions. |

First solo calligraphy exhibition in Taipei |

His works have been exhibited in Japan, Korea, and Mainland China. In addition, Huang has held various cultural leadership posts, including the Secretary General of the All-China Committee for Cultural Affairs, and as a member of the Standing Committee, Taiwan National Calligraphers Association. Huang has also been teaching calligraphy for over twenty years. |
