Biography
1921 Born on September 4 in New York
1943 Graduates from Wellesley College
1943 - 1944 Studies with Hans Hofmann in New York
1945 Works at Stanley William Hayter’s Atelier 17 where she meets other artists working there, including Anne Ryan, Alexander Calder, Jacques Lipchitz.
1946 Second prize at annual exhibition, Institute of Modern Art, Boston
1987 Makes plans for Judith Rothschild Foundation in June
1993 Dies on March 6 after suffering a stroke
