Biography
1942 Born in Valencia, Spain, on March 8th.
1957 Entered Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes de San Carlos, Valencia.
1964 Formed the group Equipo Crónica with Rafael Solbes. Their association continued until the death of Solbes in 1981.
1965 Prize Biella, Milan, Italy
1979 Silver medal, Il International Biennal of Grabados, Tokyo, Japan
1979 Prize from the Bridgestone Museum of Art, Lisbon, Portugal
1965 - 1981 Besides the shows he was involved in as a member of Equipo Crónica, Manolo Valdés participated in over sixty solo exhibitions and numerous group exhibitions.
