Biography
1913 Born June 20, 1913 in Galicia, Spain
1920 - 1935 Moved to Bordeaux, France and studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts
1935 Moved to Spain
received scholarship at the School of Art of the San Fernando Academy in madrid
1936 - 1939 joined the Republican Army as a cartographer during the Spanish Civil War
1939 Moved to France and then the Dominican Republic
1940 Traveled to Cuba
1944 - 1953 Moved to Haiti
1953 Moved to Puerto Rico and opened gallery at the Caribe Hilton Hotel in San Juan
1959 Traveled to Ravena Italy
1986 Died November 11, 1986 in San Juan, Puerto Rico
