Enters the Painting academy the “Grande Chaumière“ and “Juilian” |

The artist is called by the army and captured by the Germans. |

He finally manages to escape and hides in Dieulefit, where local pottery is flourishing. |

He also starts to creates some ceramic artworks. |

He comes back to live in Paris and settles his workshop rue de la Tombe Issoire, where he will stay during 9 years. |
