1936 Born, Sancti-Spiritus, Cuba
1954 - 1957 Studied at San Alejandro School of Fine Arts, Havana
1959 Studied ceramics with Amelia Pelaez, Havana
1960 - 1962 Studied with Rufino Tamayo at La Esmeralda, School of Fine Arts, Mexico City
1976 Moved to Spain to study lithography in Granada
