1864 Born in Bowmen, Austria
1882 Moved to Vienna to study in painting and porcelain decoration
1885 Moved to New York City and took a job as a painter in a ceramic factory
1892 Moved to Dearborn, MI where he produced ceramic works and taught china decorating
1906 Moved to Los Angeles, California.
1929 Died in Arroyo Seco, California
